PoppyDesk is free. This license is between you and Volodymyr Demianchuk ("the author"). By installing or using PoppyDesk you agree to it.

You may

• Download PoppyDesk from its official website (volodymyrdem.github.io/PoppyDesk) or its GitHub releases, and install and use it on any number of Macs, at home or at work.
• Share links to the official website and releases.

You may not

• Sell, rent, lend or otherwise redistribute PoppyDesk, whole or in part, or bundle it with anything else, without the author's written permission.
• Modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer PoppyDesk, except where the law allows it regardless of this license.
• Remove or change its copyright notices, name or icon.

Open-source parts

PoppyDesk includes open-source software, each under its own license: Sparkle (MIT) and MediaRemote Adapter (BSD 3-Clause). Their full licenses are in Settings → About → Acknowledgements, and those licenses, not this one, apply to those parts.

No warranty

PoppyDesk is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent the law allows, the author isn't liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from PoppyDesk or its use, including lost data or lost work.

Ending

This license ends automatically if you break it; you then have to stop using PoppyDesk and delete it. Future versions of PoppyDesk may come with a different license.
